InMoment vs SurveyMonkey: Which is best for you?

InMoment is a steep learning curve and slow support which can make using using the tool frustrating at times.

It’s quick to get surveys up and running, offers clean analytics, and works well across teams. Despite a few technical and integration quirks, it remains my go-to survey solution due to its stability, affordability, and thoughtful design.

SurveyMonkey does not have built-in A/B testing, which would allow users to test different versions of a survey or compare different questions to see which performs better.
