  • It has made managing identities and access easier throughout the company, improved security through trusted methods of authentication and made the IT workload involving password resets and new user onboarding smaller. Although this has a slight learning curve on the administrators side, once all the settings are made, the platform will be smooth and will not need much maintenance.
  • Custom app integrations and oauth configurations took me longer than expected and the admin console performance was also slow and it felt buggy when it should be snappier.

  • It is a really good password manager with a lot of customisable options and avenues for fine-grained controls. and the best part is it comes included with zoho one which makes it practically free
  • Although you can have a password-protected, offline copy of your vault mailed to you every night, using it is not straightforward and the mobile app needs to be online to retrieve passwords (so it may be difficult to retrieve the password you need if you phone is in a blind spot).
