Me gusta su plataforma intuitiva, es facil de usar aun para personas con bajo nivel academico, sus reportes también son utiles y su capacidad para limitar los horarios de cada profesional.

Cons:

Más bien, considero que podría mejorar el nivel de recompra de lo clientes con recordatorios para clientes que no agendaron en el tiempo programado, ejemplo su cita inicial fue en el día 1, y a los 20 dias le corresponde su nueva cita, pero no está agendada hasta el día 35, debería enviar mensajes de recordatorio personalizado a los clientes, ejemplo "Hola XXXX, La ultima vez que viniste fue el dìa 1 del mes XXX, es hora de una nueva cita". una estrategia como esta permitiía disminuir el ausentismo y aumentar las probabilidades de compra, si el cliente tiene una cita agendada de los días 20-35no deberá llegarle el recordatorio.

La facilidad para registrar los movimientos, reservas y la forma de mostrar el análisis de la información. La aplicación en general es muy fácil de aprender a usar y tiene cursos para que el equipo completo se capacite.

Cons:

Confío en que algún día tenga integración con redes sociales para poder tener un buen seguimiento de dónde llegan mis clientes.

su organización, su imagen, que puede estar en la computadora, en el celular y todos los colaboradores lo pueden ver

la manera en que funciona lo del apartado y abonos y que seguido no funciona la plataforma para que los pagos de abonos pasen

Los reportes de ventas y estadísticas. La agenda es muy práctica y se puede usar desde cualquier dispositivo.

Cons:

Que no se puede reservar varios servicios, como un carrito de compra. Sino que hay que ir de uno en uno y algunos clientes se lian.

Pros:

I love that it takes care of administrative business functions without needing to hire a receptionist. My business is small, but quickly growing. AgendaPro lets me schedule potential client calls/Zooms...or they can schedule a time that's guaranteed to work for them AND me...because they can see exactly which days/times I am free to connect with them. Clients are sent reminders about a weekly checkin call. Reduces my instances of not reaching them. Close communication is key to my client success, so ANYTHING that reduces that is a total game changer for me. I also can send out targeted weekly client marketing materials via the software. I create the content once, then it's automatically sent to every client on my roster at once. Nobody is left out, everyone is happy!

Cons:

There's nothing I don't love about this software! It's helped me grow my business in so many ways. Because I'm not duplicating effort, I'm saving time -- time I can use to help my clients AND future clients
