Kitomba Salon and Spa Software vs Vagaro: Which is best for you?

They were fast and efficient in helping with a salon take over and stayed late to make sure things were transferred after 8pm.

There were occasional bug issues with connecting to the website.

The best feature in my opinion is the automatic updates/reminders it sends to clients to keep everyone aligned and on time as we all have busy lives.

We really expected a lot of great things from Vagaro however the biggest complaint was due to the programs speed, (line-ups at the frontdesk waiting for screens to load) and not being able to "quickly" view a "full" receipt from a single client appointment.
