Rosterfy vs SignUpGenius: Which is best for you?

Some of these asks could have been accomplished using a free VMS system, but we chose Rosterfy as we liked the customization and these 3 main features we needed seemed easier and seamless (had it worked like we were told.)

Again, we were completely misled about the features of the program, now silent and we are still not fully onboarded, so we paid a significant amount of money for a half-set up system that barely works.
