Love the system as a whole, but the app and text functions are frustrating.

I am a big fan of Service Fusion having worked with it at two different employers. As I learn more from Customer Service I like it more and more. Just wish we could use estimate templates, admin functions, internal and external text functions etc through the app.

Very disappointing. Software such as this is the lifeblood of a modern service company. The lack of support, lack of innovation, and poor performing software make Service Fusion a very bad option if you are looking to succeed in the service industry.

Server Issues

I've been with Service Fusion since 2018 and over the last 3 years, the system has been very slow. All the updates they do cause issues and there is always a sorry excuse as to what the problem is or when it will be fixed. Find another platform to use! I have been a loyal customer and they won't even offer any credits for the delay in the system. This is causing down time for my entire team. Which in turn costs my company. Not happy and I am in the works of leaving this program for another after nearly 8 years of using this system.

I find the software overall very easy to use, and not being huge on using a computer I find it simple to look up our customers to gather info on their accounts, look at past service records, etc.
