EZChildTrack vs Procare Solutions: Which is best for you?

Emergency preparedness is crucial and the ease of use component of EZ ChildTrack makes me feel that our sites (and our central office) are prepared to respond quickly and ensure students' safety.

This platform has enabled our preschool to move from (1) "paper and pencil" registration/enrollment/organization/communication, etc., (2) parent to teacher to director to bank payment processing and staff communication to practically a totally online, but personal experience with our students and my staff- just for starters.

This caused confusion for both our staff and families, requiring extra time to track down receipts, verify transactions, and manually adjust balances. Although customer support has been helpful, the issue has occurred multiple times, which can be frustrating for parents who believe they’ve paid on time.
