About School Diary

School Diary is a school management software designed to help educational institutions streamline processes related to admissions, virtual classroom, parent engagement, payment processing and more. Administrators can capture student/teachers' attendance and manage administrative and accounting operations on a centralized platform.

Key features of School Diary include automated reminders, timetables, messaging, library management, performance analytics, data backup, inventory management, whiteboards and mobile applications. It allows daycare centers to generate performance reports by entering scores or uploading Microsoft Excel files to the system. Additionally, supervisors can track school buses' locations in real-time, monitor activities on CCTV cameras and gain visibility into bus routes via reports.

School diary is a fantastic product. It works seamlessly on my android phone

I need to bother to look at my child's diary. I can see whenever I want it on my Mobile. I can utilize my free time while working to have a look at the overall dashboard of my child.

Pros:

The user interface between parents and teachers. Reminders for upcoming events. I can see feedback given by teachers and send them back my feedback. Dashboard for my child's overall schedule.

Cons:

Don't find anything for improvement as of now. Going very well. Hope this software was available earlier.

The ease of teacher and parent communication, fees submission through app, bus tracking are all Pros for this application

Cons:

The app is a bit slow. It doesn't allow you to send more than 10 images or more than 10Mb of file. It doesn't allow you to send videos.

School Diary offer variety of features which are bery convenient to use. Some features that I found so user-friendly are the calendars and reminders for school events and the unified payment. I can consider this as a one-stop application for every parent for their children.

Cons:

On my first use of the app, I had experienced some bugs and UI problems, but it was already fixed. I wish this app could also have automatic grading for worded answers.

It is ideal since it is a mobile platform, most if not all parents have phones or mobile devices today, and this app will keep you informed of any news that comes from your children's school and will also keep you alert of events scheduled at the school for which his presence is necessary, behaves like a real agenda. The benefits are not only for parents but also for educational institutions who can make their communication with parents and representatives more effective, as well as capoyar the cause of penasr in green saving the use of unnecessary office paper.
