Pros:

We enjoy that DSX is fast at pulling our orders and communicating with our inventory manager.

Cons:

There seem to be a lot of little glitches. We call and mention to the staff and they are VERY helpful about getting them resolved quickly.

Pros:

The support is unmatched, great response times and knowledge by all support associates. Support will call and follow up to ensure that the issue is taken care of

Cons:

I wish I could save export preferences for reporting preferences. For example it's a pain to click/unclick all the fields I need for routine exports.

ShipStation did not integrate with the inventory management system that we purchased

Great company and super responsive!!

Every time I have an issue that I need assistance with, the chat option is super helpful and it is very nice to have a company that responds quickly when you need something.

Ease of use and Features. The ability to run reports is also super helpful to our company as it helps with providing some of our clients with further shipment details.

Cons:

I understand the massive amounts of data, but the system purge after 60 days does sometimes limit us.

Pros:

Integration Desktop Shipper with our Shopify store was extremely easy.

Cons:

The documentation is very poor. The last time I was able to access the release notes, they were woefully out of date. Now, the link on the dashboard to the Release Notes brings me to a log in screen and my DesktopShipper credentials do not work there.

Pros:

Shipwise handles volume shipping with ease. They are easy to use and respond quickly to my customer service needs. They are a great innovative partner and have proven to be a great value. They helped us get out of a sticky sittuation with our last partner that failed us.

Cons:

I have not found any cons with using ShipWise yet. Any issue I have ever run into has been resolved and if it could not be resolved, that was communicated to me.

Reasons for switching to ShipWise

Shipstation could not handle the volume and it was causing us to loose our customers trust.

Shipwise is the most appropriate software for all shipping operations. With it's ease of use and it's excellent features it has proved to be the best. No more unnecessary delays.

Convenient Way to Manage Shipping

My overall experience is good as it is reliable and easy to use. There are features provided that I currently don't have a use for but they seem practical. I would recommend ShipWise for companies looking for a streamlined order shipping system.

Pros:

The program is convenient and easy to use. Allows for easy modification of shipping information such as address and shipping mode. I like that I can easily look back at previous orders shipped or cancelled. I also like that I can batch multiple orders by ship mode and print pick lists for each mode.

Cons:

The program doesn't alert me to orders with issues right away. The dashboard shows the quantity of orders but I need to count the orders in my order list to discover that any are missing. I then have to select unverified or cancelled to determine if action needs to be taken on these.

Shipwise Stability

Shipwise is very stable, that is one less thing i have to deal with, which allows me to focus on other IT issues of the day. I also like the fact that you can actually get technical support.

Pros:

We have been using Shipwise for over a year at 6 locations. Perfect uptime, however, today we did have our first issue at one location, and the support team fixed the issue, and we are back in business

Cons:

I use various shipping programs; nothing comes to mind as a negative. I suppose if you really want to get into it, you do need a little training to look at the backend features such as expenses or costs, but this is pretty simple.
