About Easyship

Easyship is a cloud-based solution that enables eCommerce businesses to streamline the entire shipping lifecycle, from getting quotes to fulfilling orders across multiple carriers such as FedEx, Singapore Post, DHL and more. It helps users manage import duties, taxes and documents in a centralized repository.

Easyship helps businesses create shipping/packaging labels, print pre-filled address slips and customize or automate shipping preferences based on courier, size, price and more. Professionals can utilize the platform to view and compare quotes or rates in real-time, reducing additional costs. Additionally, it lets users schedule pickups, send shipment tracking notifications to clients via emails, monitor activities and manage product catalogs.

Easyship facilitates integration with various third-party eCommerce platforms and shipping carriers such as Amazon, Shopify, Magento, FedEx, Aramex and more. The solution is available for free and on monthly or annual subscriptions based on the number of shipments or users.

Great service and support

Overall, our experience has been very positive. Easyship provides strong operational support across onboarding, customer service, and warehousing. While the contract structure could be more flexible for small businesses, the service quality itself has been reliable and supportive.

Pros:

The onboarding experience has been very smooth, and the customer support team has been excellent — always responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. The warehouse team has also been able to accommodate our relatively complex packing and fulfillment needs, which we really appreciate.

Cons:

The longer contract commitment feels a bit rigid for a small business. More flexible or shorter-term options would make it much easier for smaller brands in early growth stages.

Intuitive and effective shipping platform

Very positive experience, has been helpful for us to reach our shipping goals and keep track of shipments. Overall has been a good partner for our shipping needs!

Pros:

Very easy to use software, intuitive and clear UI. Shipment creation is easy, clear, and hassle free. Provides a lot of useful shipping data for tracking shipping spend. Shipments are very easy to navigate and the search function has many different vectors. Customer service has been prompt and helpful when needed.

Cons:

EasyShip does not support some kinds of lithium battery shipments, so if you ship lithium batteries you will have some limitations.

Easy to use Free integration with Shopify that works great for customers Great international service

Cons:

Local delivery options are not as good Confusing when issues with couriers as EasyShip advise to contact the courier directly and the couriers most of the time will advise to contact EasyShip

My Overall Experience with Easyship

I had been using this platform for a number of years, trusted it and it was my "go to" platform for deliveries/shipments which are mostly domestic (Singapore). But now I have closed my account.

1)Customer Support Team : efficient, patient, understanding, responds promptly with required assistance rendered. Especially excellent support from Sunanda and even Abhijith. 2) Easy navigation and booking of shipments. 3) Good selection of couriers.

Cons:

I feel it was not secured enough that attempted fraud deliveries/shipments were generated without my knowledge when I did not sign in. As I'm the only one using the account, I'm quite appalled that someone else can book and generate labels using their fake names as Senders, and were not stopped in time, rather not monitored or flagged even though the phone numbers for the shipments were just "xxxxxx" or "oooo". I had been using only my name as Sender to book and generate labels all these years. So there is this loophole that fraud cases can easily happen.

They answer very fast and are always available. They provide precise and clear information and fix any issue very quickly ! The service is top notch.

Cons:

Nothing at all. Or maybe, since I have to write something, the look and feel of their application website could be better. But it works perfectly and that's all a seller is asking for.

Because they answered faster to my demands and the other alternative I tried first didn't work right away. It needed configuration and knowing that was opaque. I didn't know if it didn't worked or if I needed to make a little setup. I tried to call them. They didn't pick up. I switched.

Pros:

Great service, very intuitive UI, and you get good prices for the shipping labels. Support is very responsive and helpful.

Cons:

I wish their Sandbox environment for API testing would work. We had to use the live API, which created a lot of problems since our account was blocked once we started using the API.

Started working with them first, and since we already did a lot of API integrations, we didn't have the time to use Shippo.

Cons:

I don't really have anything negative to say. Easyship has been working well for my commerce application. I switched from another company, and I am happy with it.
