- One of the standout features for me is how seamlessly it connects our team—everyone who uses it can view outgoing shipments, collaborate, and support each other effortlessly.
- I think the main thing that's missing is the ability to handle customer routed shipments (i.e. 3rd Party Billing) through the API.
- It didn't have issues integrating with ecommerce platforms like Shopify or Amazon, and was reliable for sending the correct data and receiving the full and accurate orders.
- It also now costs extra to connect shopping carts or softwares that are not natively integrated, anything that requires and API, is an extra cost.
