- One of the standout features for me is how seamlessly it connects our team—everyone who uses it can view outgoing shipments, collaborate, and support each other effortlessly.
- I think the main thing that's missing is the ability to handle customer routed shipments (i.e. 3rd Party Billing) through the API.
- It saves me time, effort, and staff in managing the online store, tracking products in several warehouses and shipping companies that I need, comparing prices and services they provide, and it is easy to link to other store platforms and warehouses.
- It doesn't allow post purchase items to be added to the order so we miss shipping those units frequently which is not good for customer service or our costs when we have to ship items again, costing us a lot.
