The Top Customizable Freight ERP System

Logi-Sys helped us retrieve all the data that was spread across various programs so that we could satisfy our customers' complex demands. Nonetheless, we accomplished even more than we had hoped for by obtaining all we needed from a single enterprise resource planning system (ERP). We found the customizable reporting scheduler in Logi-Sys to be invaluable to our day-to-day operations. Logi-sys's ability to automate the distribution of reports to internal and external stakeholders according to our specifications is a very useful tool for daily reporting without the need for several spreadsheets. I give LogiSys a perfect score of 5 and wholeheartedly endorse it.

Logi-Sys has been a game-changer for our company across multiple aspects of our logistics operations. We are using the Forwarding module to efficiently handle complex logistics tasks like order processing, documentation, and inventory control. Apart from this, we are using 2 other modules - Sales & CRM and Accounting. Sales & CRM has provided us with a centralized platform to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and improve overall communication. The Accounting module has streamlined our financial processes, offering comprehensive features for invoicing, payment tracking, and financial reporting. Overall, Logi-Sys has transformed our logistics operations, allowing us to enhance efficiency and deliver superior customer service.

Cons:

Nothing much to dislike, as we’re using multiple modules for quite some time.

we are not using any product earlier, just we were using excel & word and i was in my mind and planned from earlier that i will purchase logisys for our future biz and it was in my mind from earlier and the time came and just we are using now, but every thing is fine, but the cost is huge , requesting mgt kindly look after the cost and where we can reduce it so it will be more beneficial for us and to grow more as its an renewal cost and nowdays logistics biz is bleeding day by day , hope you will understand our concern and take this note and workout for me

Integrated Logistics Management with Freight Forwarding, Accounts and Sales

Our experience has been very good. The integration between the modules, and of the modules with external platforms, is remarkable. With Logi-Sys, we are confidently digitalized, and are navigating market complexities better than ever, serving our customers and plugging process and cost inefficiencies. Logi-Sys has provided us the much-needed integrated platform we were hoping to obtain from the market. Its comprehensive suite of modules cater to our needs with specificity; we have opted for 3 of the modules - Freight Forwarding, Accounts, and Financial Management.With the Forwarding module, we are efficiently managing shipments, tracking cargo, and optimizing routes and costs. For streamlined financial management that plugs cost leakages, the Logi-Sys module is one of the best in the market right now. We are undertaking invoicing, reporting, and payment tracking seamlessly. With the Sales module, we have the tool now to manage leads, bookings, quotations, etc. in addition to tracking salesperson activities.

Cons:

Nothing major, Logi-Sys’ performance overshadows any roadblock, which you are bound to find in any comprehensive product.

Logi-Sys It has empowered us to manage our cashflows effectively, and gain visibility into our working capital. We are able to identify where the cashflows are stuck, and proactively work out solutions for that. Process integrations mean our financial data is up-to-date, and we can make reliable decisions on its basis. With billing, invoicing, payments, receivables, and follows-up in single financial dashboard, visibility is at an all-time high

Cons:

I do not feel anything is amiss in the software. I am quite satisfied with it.

Overall good Software for small Size but Poor in DashBoard and MIS Features.

Overall experience is good, but as far as day to day work is going on. But when trying to Automate few things are not working and restrictions.

Easy of Use and reports. Option to Drill down and naivgate from Shipment level to financials

Cons:

1) Not all modules are integrated, software is weak in Master Reports. 3) As an admin i cannot fetch master reports. Like Organisation master, Tax Master. 4) Hierarchy View is not able for Sales,Inter branch view of selected records is not available. 5)Restriction on Report scheduler and DSR., 6)we also need auto Module for customer onboard with approval 7)customer Master view sales wise not available. 8) approval on No of Days not available. 9) Cannot Change User type from Standard to sales Login. 10) Registration nos in Customer Records don't get copied when marked as Global in Child company.

1. Security - You will have lot of controls which we can allocate to various users. Security wise the product is excellent 2. Features - Lot of modules and features with various kinds of reports which help in better decision making 3. Upgrades - Periodic updates and improvements to the existing modules

A tool that has change the life of Indian Forwarders

Previously we used to keep all record manually, once we have started using Logi-Sys now everything is under control. we can track all shipment related activity closely. we can identify revenue loss and can work upon it.

Almost all features of the Logi Sys are useful, particularly Sales CRM to Quote Perfect rates and transparent Sales CRM is beautifully designed, For Operation management or day to day shipment related activity Logi sys is very useful to keep sharp eye on in and out of Particular Shipment. Helping in maintain all shipment related activity as well as record.

Cons:

Nothing Much. Just single suggestion, that copying quotation should be designed in such way that it can be easy and fast.
