Fantastic Service

LOVE it and all the staff we have worked with. It is so easy to book a shipment with. I use it almost every day and rarely have any negative issues

Pros:

I love the ease of getting quotes. Rarely any issues or bugs. Easy to use and learn. I feel like its a quick, secure, easy platform for my work needs. Help is always available and the staff that I have spoken with at MyCarrier are awesome!!! We have a paid subscription and I feel that it is a great value.

Cons:

I wish we had more options for addresses to save in our account. We have over 1000 customers that we ship to and managing our address book has been a small struggle.

Perfect, constantly updating TMS

We have been using MyCarrier for 2 years. It was a great milestone to get the direct accounts with LTL carriers and to connect them to TMS. We are very satisfied. Thank you dynamic partnership

User friendly. Easy to quote and use the quote history. Maybe would be better for our Plan to have all-years history of the shipments we sent

Cons:

sometimes slow page uploading. each time should log in. many shipments don't update the status. are still on the way but we know it has been delivered

My Carrier experience

My over all experience has not been pleasant. I have reached out several times for help with the issues that I am having and I have yet to receive a call or email helping with these issues.

Pros:

The features most like is that you can get all of your LTL rates at once from all of your carrier's.

Cons:

I feel like the feature that could be improved is ti enable us to be able to change the name of the shipper without it changing our rates. We do several blind shipments that this feature would be helpful with. The integration is a feature that needs improving. I am at the point of finding another TMS bc of the issues I am having it.

Pros:

The easy made platform to ship and the tracking of shipments. I also like the fact that in an even of a mistake made or for the sake of just adding more freight to any load the simplicity of the platform to allow you to edit.

Cons:

The fact that it only keeps record of up to 14 days or 31 lines I believe. Even though I know that with the purchase of the services you can have more access.

Simplify your shipping with one click!

I could not have asked for a better team to get us up and running with a TMS System. There were a lot of areas we were not knowledgeable in and MyCarrier's Customer Service and Sales Team were more than happy to educate as we went through the process from beginning to end.

Integration was super easy. Customer Service is top notch and available pretty much 24/7. Quick response times from Customer Service. Centralized location for all of your shipments making your market share easy to analyze. Very user friendly.

Cons:

DFQ Quotes are still being integrated. Once that is done all of our LTL Business will run through MyCarrier.

Functionality and super user friendly. Love to have all the shipping data in one place

Cons:

When uploading QUICK SHIP, I suggest to have a button in which you can select all the shipments you want to change the ship date for.... in case you quoted them with a past date, It will be faster to be able to select all of have a check box to check all the changes you want to to for the same field, and do the changes at one time

My Carrier? Yes please.

My Carrier has made my job so much easier. I went from doing 4-5 quotes a day to just having to do it once.

It is so convenient to be able to get quotes from all my carries at one time . It saves so much time. It is worth every cent the company pays for this service. I was very easy to learn and My Carrier has a great support staff.

Cons:

I seriously do not think their is one thing I don't like about this service. I told my superiors that this is a must in our business.

Pros:

I like that all of my quotes are at a click of a button and that I do not have to quote individually. It is a time saver.

Cons:

I can't say anything bad at all. You definitely have to know your terms for volume shipments with each of your carriers or else you might quote something that should be a volume shipment as regular LTL.

Allows me to get my job done a lot faster, allows me to know the freight cost all at one time also get with classing freight.

Cons:

It can be a little slow at times also it tends to not allow me to see enough of my freight history without doing a upgrade to the system.
