About Spendwise
Spendwise is a cloud-based system that helps businesses and other organizations track, manage and control spending. Users can create purchase orders, submit them for approval, approve or reject them, and email them directly to vendors. Users can also keep track of receiving on purchase orders, match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receipts and manage other bills and expenses.
Spendwise includes optional inventory tracking features, budget tracking tools, and over 25 standard reports to help users stay on top of spending. Users can export purchase orders, receipts, bills and other information from Spendwise.
Spendwise offers telephone and email support along with a user guide and other resources in their online help center. Pricing varies depending on number of users and features included.

Reasons for choosing Spendwise
Spendwise pulled everything together and worked with our existing systems and it's ability to support our allocation tables to help manage our multiple grants made it an easy choice. We tried another provider briefly but they didn't tie departments and the general ledger together in the budget area.
Reasons for switching to Spendwise
We needed the ability to link the Department and the GL Account in the budget area which Bellwether didn't support.

I use Spendwise specifically for the purchasing functionality. What works best of us is the cloud based application allows us to have our team in multiple remote locations yet get POs requested, approved, and sent to vendors quickly which helps us stay on schedule with every project we are managing. Our experience with Spendwise has been great and I can recommend it without hesitation.

A game-changer for all our procurement needs

The software had dramatically enhanced our company's experience with spending and procurement. It has helped us with managing our sales, purchase orders, inventories and tools through a clean interface. The procurement team has been able to work together on invoices and PO's more seamlessly owing its cloud compatibility and safe online storage. We are now able to create budgets for various tasks and use Spendwise to track our overall spending. Thank you for your review Caleb! Not sure what you mean by setting folder you would like to have PO in after it is mailed out. If you are referring to approval folders (i.e. Inbox, Not-submitted, Rejected, Pending) the system should assign automatically depending on the approval status of the PO. I will follow-up with you to make sure I understand and help resolve.
