About ShippingEasy

ShippingEasy is a cloud-based shipping and inventory management solution suitable for small to midsize e-commerce businesses. Key features include order management, label customization, integration with multiple seller channels, rate comparison and returns management.

ShippingEasy is able to integrate with UPS and FedEx accounts as well as a variety of marketplaces, shopping carts and e-commerce platforms. The solution downloads orders from all selling channels and automatically maps custom shipping preferences, rates and delivery options.

ShippingEasy enables users to customize shipping labels and packing slips to match branding. Labels and slips can then be set to print in batches or individually. The solution is able to automatically send emails with tracking information once the order has shipped.

ShippingEasy is available for purchase on a monthly subscription basis.

Easy to Use and Cost saving All in one!

The USPS actually came in and set it up for us which was fantastic, did a walk through on best practices and ease of use. Saved us monies on lots of shipments.

ease of use and that I could compare multiple options all in one place. made the workflow easier and kept track of my shipments with tracking numbers.

Cons:

our system kept restarting and wouldn't stay on the home screen, thus providing a little bit of confusion for some members of the team. and they couldn't figure out they should save frequently used addresses. (more of user problem than a software problem)

FREE Plan + Discounted USPS Rates!

I am a seller on a popular online marketplace that has recently increased their shipping rates for sellers. This led to a substantial profit decrease on lower-weight items shipped via USPS First-Class. The discounted rates on ShippingEasy beat the rates of the online marketplace. This has helped my business restore its profits on such items.

Pros:

The thing I absolutely like the most about ShippingEasy is that they offer a FREE plan with plenty of features - something that's hard to find elsewhere. The most useful feature included with all plans is the integration with an Amazon seller account. This allows me to print labels for orders received, view FBA inventory, and manage reviews. The free plan includes 50 shipments per month, integration with an unlimited number of stores/carts/marketplaces, and batch label printing.

Cons:

One feature that's lacking in the FREE plan is the ability to link carrier accounts other than USPS. It would be nice if I were able to link my FedEx account with ShippingEasy. This feature is included in the paid plans, however.

Reasons for choosing ShippingEasy

I chose ShippingEasy because it offers a free plan which suits my current needs. Additionally, ShippingEasy offers better integration with online marketplaces.

Horrendous Experience

This is the most frustrating company. Do NOT use this software! Their support team has no answers for you. Supposedly my concerns are shared by many customers, but I have seen no resolution over the last two weeks.

I am so unbelievably frustrated that I cannot recommend anything about Shipping Easy right now. Until they are able to figure this issue out, I do not recommend investing in the software.

Cons:

This is the most frustrating company. Do NOT use this software They have security features that are consistently pausing my account with no 24/7 support. They put a limit on labels you can print but then offer no solutions when we tell them we need to print. Tonight my account was paused twice in the middle of a big label printing project.

Pros:

We rely on ShippingEasy to oversee our stock on various online platforms, handle our shipping needs, and conduct email marketing to our clients and subscribers. The primary benefit of using ShippingEasy is for inventory management. If we didn’t have it, tracking and managing our stock as items are sold would be difficult. The system helps us change inventory figures swiftly on all platforms, which stops us from overselling products.

Cons:

Once again I have no complaints with the software, I would highly recommend it for all your shipping needs

The fact that you can print a batch of orders and ship them for a reasonable price

Cons:

We have had some issues in the beginning where we had to manually put in each order, that was time consuming but we reached out to customer support and they were a huge help
