The ease of implantation with any external system and the support from the CSM is great and i will recommend to everyone

Cons:

Certain third party APIs should be part of thier roadmap , otherwise it's good to go for every d2c brand

horrible support services

horrible in one word. we call and no one picks up phone and if they do then they would say someone will call you back.

It tries to sell the product to customers but thereafter customer service and integration is very bad

Cons:

there is no customer service after onboarding. we are waiting for them to resolve our integration issues for last 1 month and no one seems to care or are technically deficient.
