It is server agnostic in the sense that works with any server, VPS, or cloud instance from any hosting provider. ClusterCS can connect to multiple servers and deploys its lightweight agent to start configuring your server.

Pros:

Offers all the basic stuff you need for free (domains management, emails and so on). I enjoy using development environments. Those are really useful for me, as a developer. Support is top-notch, you can use the chat for a really fast response.

Cons:

I think that UX needs to be a bit improved, but I noticed they are working on it.

Reasons for switching to ClusterCS

ClusterCS was free at the time I switched from Plesk. I just needed a "control panel" and it was perfect for my needs.

Pros:

Support is awesome at ClusterCS. Each time I had an issue, they were really helpful. Tickets and live chat are usually taken care of in a matter of minutes. I love the simplicity and the ability to easily create HA cluster.

Cons:

I would love to give my team access only on a certain domains, but now this is not possible. Good thing: I heard they are working on it.

This one was free and offered HA cluster.

Best support I have ever gotten

Support was over expectations and super fast even in the middle. They put so much passion into their product and the team is awesome.

Pros:

It is easy to use, very intuitive and user friendly. Has tons of functionalities for setting up your server in no time. I highly recommend ClusterCS as a high quality product, and a great team behind it.

Cons:

I would love to have a file manager, and in the future if you plan to incorporate this feature, it would be really the perfect software for server management.

Best support I ever had!

Well, first of all, I am blogger. I am not a very good or popular blogger, but nonetheless a bad one. I was looking to speed up the performance of my blog and I bought a VPS. ClusterCS.com provided me not only a perfect tool to easy manage my new VPS, but also a great team behind it with 24/7 support and great know-how.

Very easy to use, intuitive and you don't need to know a lot of tech stuff.
