    convin has made more time efficiency- no more sheets but one dashboard for everything, less of human efforts, more of efficiency, ease of quality assurance , great use of AI insight- specially the transcript- which gives what all terminologies used - topic manager is a good tool to segregate the call types

    I like that Convin now has access to 98% of the sales call process. After reading and seeing the script on a regular basis, the tool allows you to quickly learn the method! When trying to hit the process in order, the lead score and how well an agent performs are really helpful. I like the alert feature. Convin is extremely user-friendly and convenient.

    I've only had a few glitches to work out, but nothing that I don't like.

I'm learning how to make my calls better. I am improving when it comes to customer service. Convin is adaptable and scalable and easy to use, all at the same time. Easy to implement and Before this, we lacked a platform for quality assurance. A useful QA procedure has been implemented with Convin's assistance. Customer Support team is also readily available to solve our queries.
