Polly review

Polly has been a great tool to use especially for team surveys we like to use it company wide, and even with our other core dev teams.

Pros:

I like the functions of this tool, I find it very easy to use especially for surveys that are company wide.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything top of mind that I don't like about Polly. I just wish it had more configurations with other tools.

A survey tool with different possibilities

Pros:

It is integrated with Slack which is a big plus. Also the fun quiz has a big pool of questions from different themes to keep people hooked.

Cons:

Its UI / UX is clunky and not intuitive. It also lacks flexibility. I found it difficult to make changes to the form i created.

Reasons for switching to Polly

It was more difficult to modulate it. The template options were limited

Polly and app to create quick forms or short surveys

Polly is ok, i like it for small surveys, and the interaction it can generate on chats. for larger, more robust surveys i prefer Qualtrics, which is a more powerful tool.

Pros:

Polly is a fast tool to gather information on quick forms or small surveys, its intuitive, easy to create. It can create quick quizzes to increase engagement in chats to develop team building. Its easy to learn and easier to use.

Cons:

Polly is very basic, but it still works. Don´t ask more of the tool that it can deliver. To create extended and anonymous forms to gather information in a private fashion, the data is not easy to download to a spreadsheet, it barely makes a text summary of the information. I don´t believe it delivers on its value.

For business surveys, Polly is a great tool and we have used it successfully. I like the ease of building surveys and easy of data export and import.

Cons:

Polly has it all. No flaws or bad experiences to report.

Reasons for switching to Polly

While it is a great survey solution, the fact that it comes with amazing employee engagement makes it a better tool and the more reason we switched.

It’s not indispensable, but it’s useful.

Great, we use it to conduct perception surveys and follow-up with our employees. It's very good for the human resources department.

I love polls and surveys. Polly makes them fun and easy to set up. It is the best way to do a temperature check of my team and department.

Cons:

I don't currently have any negative things to say about Polly. I have never had any issues with creating or distributing a poll
