Great for quickly creating and deploying online surveys

Survey Planet is very well suited for light surveys and market or client polling and has therefore been quite useful for us to quickly gather feedback from our collaborators during or after joint public events. The training or learning time for new users has also been very minimal, with most new team members teaching themselves off a few online tutorial videos. and that has been the most useful upside to switching to Survey Planet for our light surveys.

Pros:

The most outstanding thing about Survey Planet is that it is extremely easy to learn and use. The customization options offered under the free plan aren't too bad either; as compared to other free alternatives. Finally, there isn't a cap on the number of surveys that could be deployed in a given month. And that's not the case with most others

Cons:

Data organization and management features are greatly underdeveloped. A lot more could be done to help users preview, manage and carry out light analysis of collected data. I was expecting a lot more in this regard on the paid version.

Easily create survey, easily use the template, easily re-purpose templates, so the them is easy. So much I can say about this software. The time I save is priceless.

Cons:

There actually isn't a con. This software does everything I need for it to do.

Reasons for switching to Survey Planet

I actually liked SurveyMonkey and got it as a free trial. I just couldn't believe how limited the free trial was. I tried to use the survey I created to make another one for another purpose, but it order to do so it had to be purchased. I found this frustrating so it was back to researching. Survey Planet was my answer.

Click on the 3dots in the upper right corner, then click on Account, and then add your phone number. After that go to the Survey that you want to get notifications for. Click on Settings, then notifications, and then check the notifications for text or email. Good luck with your surveys!

We’ve used Survey Planet for internal and external surveys to great effect. Its clean UI and question branching logic are solid for rapid prototyping.

Cons:

Perhaps it could be better API access or deeper integrations we had to build a work around to Zapier limit to sync results into our BI dashboard.

Survey Planet is a great value and is a software I would both recommend and will continue to use myself from time to time. While not my top choice, this is a great software that easily accomplishes what it sets out to do!

Survey Planet has visuals that are very pleasing to the eye. These visuals make surveys easier to take without being thoroughly bored in the process.

Cons:

While Survey Planet is somewhat user friendly, I did feel that this is where there is some room for improvement in the software. I have used similar software that is much more intuitive to use without any training or practice.

I like the flexibility Survey Planet has with creating and answering quesrions. It also allows many options for different themes and customizations to your liking.

Cons:

Survey Planet was a bit difficult to navigate at first but with time it was okay. In addition, I wish there were more theme options.
