Awesome Software

My overall experience has been awesome. The training modules were great and very helpful. From the initial start until now, my emails have been answered. The telephone conversations were great and engaging. Everyone has been professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and positive.

Pros:

The software is very affordable for a Tax Preparation business and Taxx Savage made it very affordable in purchasing it from the start with great offers. It was easy to use especially after watching the videos but you may have questions, but customer service responds quickly. Everything you need in a software package is in this software.

Cons:

I don't have many cons, but I would like to see more detailed tips on setting up the forms and fees. The State fees were a little difficult to understand. I also would like to have seen how the Advance Refund entries are processed. I am still not sure about that and may not do this year.

It was user friendly. Very easy to navigate.

Cons:

Having to upload so much of my clients information. ID, social security card ect...

We try to make things easy for our Pride so if you want to contact our customer service team we can get you set up with the mobile app. Just go to the chat box on our site or email customerservice@taxxsavage.com. If you have the mobile app set up for your clients then they do most of the hard work for you in uploading required documents like IDs and W2s! The IRS asks for a lot but having it all in one place will make it easier in case you or your client is audited.

Don’t waste your time or energy

My overall experience was very poor. They hyped up marketing tools and logo design but the logo was trash and the marketing tools are trash too. The platform does not work properly and they say they will help you but they just take your money and throw you to the side. Don’t waste your money or time with these people. I’m so grateful I only did a few returns in their system. Still waiting on my deposits to be disbursed and still have not received an exact day on when the funds will deposit.

The low price and marketing tools they hyped up. Those tools did not give me what I needed in a format where I could actually use them. This company does not even have a Google listing.

Cons:

Customer service has been very dismissive about my preparer fees. My clients received their refunds over 3 weeks ago and every time time I ask about my preparer fees they act as if they don’t know when I will be receiving my deposits. Their responses to my request are very vague. I don’t recommend anyone to purchase this software and you are better off getting your EFIN. I’m learning not to jump on the 1st thing that sounds good.

Best Software Ever!!

I love this software my first time using it i was scared because i was actually starting my own tax business and i just knew i would screw up but the individuals behind this software was heaven sent they walked me through it with ease an made sure i had a clear understanding you are missing out if you dont choose this product.

No signature options. I tried 3 and nothing.

A change and newer company. I was restarting my tax preparer business and wanted difference.

Hi Elaine, sending returns through the app only requires your finger to sign. You don't have to have a third party device to sign anything. They can also use their mouse. I hope this helps you for this year!
