Lyssna vs Userbrain: Which is best for you?

It's a solid tool that does what you need if you want to survey or test visuals/interview panelists or send to your own list of people.

I had to abandon a French survey due to only being able to recruit 10 people (not worth it) and a German survey has a lead time of over 10 days for 20 people.

I also found their AI analysis tool useful which optimised our workflow massively.

Features are fine but we were not using the platform so I downgraded to the free plan 5 minutes after receiving the monthly email and requested a refund for the month that I would not be using their service.
