Love this Dynamic Pricing Tool

I recommend PriceLabs hands down. I've used other tools and this is the one I like the most by far.

Pros:

It is very easy to use and connect to their support PMS or even airbnb accounts. I love their multi calendar feature and that they support multi unit setup. The other dynamic pricing tools out there, do not support this. Also, their support is TOP NOTCH, can't say enough good things about them. They are super responsive, attentive, helpful, insightful, etc etc

Cons:

Maybe the UI, even though it was improved recently, I think it lacks behind other players. It's not bad though

Too complicated.

It has been frustrating. I would like a better orientation on the product.

Pros:

They make price changes daily, which puts me higher on the search engine. They change pricing by current demand. We are able to select similar listings to be our comparable base.

Cons:

It is too complicated. The graphs try to present too much information on the same graph.

Great dynamic pricing manager at a great price.

What I liked most was the support provided and the various courses, in Italian, you can attend to learn how to best use the software.

Indispensable for managing pricing of our short term rentals. Set up is straightforward and the number of adjustments make for a powerful software.

Cons:

Zero cons. If it was free, I'd be happier, but I think pricing is very fair for the value provided. Fingers crossed that it'll someday be free, but happy until then.

Pros:

I like revenue management tool it provides and dynamic pricing. The dynamic pricing is best in the market which gives good ROI. It is Customizable, time-saving and can track performance. Overall it is a very good product and easy integration. Dynamic pricing and portfolio analytics is nicely priced!

Cons:

I feel revenue estimation is expensive. It feels it is just marketed for US and Europe market. Such product should be global,

Worth doing

Very good except when I’ve needed customer service and there’s nobody to call. That might be how kids like to do it but that’s not for me.

Pros:

If I miss 1 day having my house rented because my price was just a little too high I have to rent it at the higher price for a week just to make up the day I lost. It’s rented almost every day in the off season when I’m not using it. In my area there’s 600+ houses available and mine still rents. If it rents for 2 extra days a year it covers what PriceLabs cost us.

Cons:

There’s no App and no person you can call. It’s all messaging which I hate.

Less time spent on pricing, more bookings and revenue...a true no-brainer!

Very positive. Highly impressed and seems to be worth the cost of having the tool help me with pricing.

Pros:

PriceLabs takes the guess work out of pricing my short term rental. This saves me time, and generates better revenue. The tools and functionality at the price provided is a no brainer for me. I have received several more bookings than my competitors and I know it is from using PriceLabs' dynamic pricing tool.

Cons:

Not much negative to say. Maybe wish it updated more than once a day without having to pay an additional fee, but am totally happy with the current setup.

The intense level of data at your fingertips. The training. Their support is absolutely 2nd to none.

Cons:

That their site doesn’t function well on a phone. They could use an app. It impedes my ability for decisions on the fly.
