About Perfect Venue

Perfect Venue is event management solution designed to help venues streamline private events. It conveniently integrates guest communication, booking and BEO generation, deposits and payments, task management and more. The solution caters to venues of all sizes, from small event spaces to large hospitality groups. It provides venues with tools to drive sales and decrease the time spent managing events.

The platform features a centralized calendar that allows venues to quickly see all events at a glance, including leads, to avoid double bookings. It includes automated workflows and templates for repetitive tasks such as creating banquet event orders, sending proposals, and sending event reminders. The platform also integrates with a secure payment portal, enabling venues to easily collect deposits and issue refunds.

To further boost efficiency, Perfect Venue offers email templates and AI-based email replies that automatically fill in event details, allowing venues to send emails faster. The system includes team task management features to ensure nothing falls through the cracks when coordinating events.

I was a travel agent/event planner for a very short time. But, out of the few event planning software programs that I tried, I did like this one best.

The ease of planning! This software is very user-friendly and structured well. It makes booking easy and has great value for your money.
Cons:
The presentation of all the features, I feel like, could have been structured in a better way that doesn't make me feel and think Whoa, how am I going to figure this out' when I go to use it for the first time.

Great for Growing Event Revenue

This software has been awesome and is constantly been improving since we starting using it in 2022. We handle multiple restaurant venues and it allows us to book with ease, communicate with clients and within the team easily! We have watched our revenue grow year over year.

Pros:
Assists with organizing leads and getting proposals out quickly and efficiently. Emailing within the softward keeps all communication in one place so when we turnover events to our coordinators, they have all of the information.
Cons:
Cannot attach more than 10MB. Sometimes photos with venue info or catering menus will be more than that for us. Which will result in having to send multiple emails or emailing outside of the venue software.

What I like most about Percent Venue is how easy it was to set up. From learning the software to integration, everything was smooth, simple and easy to understand.
Cons:
What I liked least about Perfect Venue was the higher cost for all the features. However, it is worth it for the simplicity and ease!
