Cornerstone Software vs PetDesk: Which is best for you?

It is very easy for appointment scheduling and tracking, analytics and reporting on the back end are very easy to access and customize.

The version of cornerstone that we had was not cloud based and instead was server based, which caused significant issues when our server was experiencing malfunction despite our internet being perfectly stable.

I like that we are able to view compliance reports directly in PetDesk, which actually makes it easier to view and use than our PMS does.

Another negative is that some settings can only be changed by PetDesk staff such as pushing a reminder at a certain time (appointment is on the schedule at 10am but you want the client there at 8am) or what types of appoinments get reminders.
