Digitail vs IDEXX Neo: Which is best for you?

One other thing is not being able to apply a 0 to the low end of an estimate on any product that has a dispensing fee as it will always still add the dispensing fee instead of displaying a $0 - still trying to figure a way around that without creating a bunch of new services or changing dispensing fees.

Recently we found out the Card connect that is intgrated with Neo and recommended by Idexx had been charging us between 40-69 dollars every month since March of 2023. despite the fact that we were told everything had been cancelled.
