ezyVet vs Hippo Manager: Which is best for you?

Customer support is excellent you can call, but 99.9% of the time I just submit a ticket and within same business day I will get an email with step by step instructions-which is great because I just save the email and go back and review when I need for the next time.

We have had disaster after disaster with inventory management, billing issues, bath number frustrations, the list goes on

I anticipate the new software, whichever one I decide to switch to, to save a huge amount of time and allow us to provide much better client communication and documentation.

Hippo Manager didn’t have many integrations compared to other veterinary softwares like Shepherd.
