Customer support is excellent you can call, but 99.9% of the time I just submit a ticket and within same business day I will get an email with step by step instructions-which is great because I just save the email and go back and review when I need for the next time.

We have had disaster after disaster with inventory management, billing issues, bath number frustrations, the list goes on

I actually look forward to updating our animal records now and unlike other system platforms we have historically used, Stable Secretary provides a user friendly interface to record, update and pull animal info as needed.

For the features and time it saves, it’s great value for money.
