- Another negative is that some settings can only be changed by PetDesk staff such as pushing a reminder at a certain time (appointment is on the schedule at 10am but you want the client there at 8am) or what types of appoinments get reminders.
- I have not long used Vetstoria however so far it seems easy to use for both vet staff and clients when booking appointments.
