Pros:

I especially appreciate the integration of social media. The videos edited on Grabyo are of high quality.

Cons:

The interface is very elaborate and intuitive, I do not find any defect in its use.

Excellent customer support and redundancy

The greatest benefit is the speed and ease of gathering our footage and carrying it to social media and our web sites. Sports clips are about timeliness. Our numbers are significantly better when we can report on the exciting things that happen within a short turn around time. Their customer service and support has been responsive and effective if we have issues and Grabyo's follow up on questions is informative.

Pros:

Our ability to clip in real time and offer several employees access to the product is the most beneficial feature for us. The company's video distribution during our large events and even regular season events has enhanced our media value.

Cons:

There are some workflow issues with the way campaigns are set up that I have already addressed with the support team. When you're working in a fast paced environment and you have to reset every time you start a new campaign, it's extra work.

Reasons for switching to Grabyo

Our contract with CBS ended and we needed a product with more features and availability.

Perfect for marketing livestreams

Really useful being able to multi-stream across different platforms with the capability to save entire streams to the Grabyo library

Pros:

Easy to use and create campaigns for the social marketing team to clip up our live content and feed straight out onto Twitter or Facebook

Cons:

We've had issues recently with connecting to a VidiU Teradek due to software updates - We've since managed to resolve

Pros:

Grabyo is very easy to use from the clipping to the ability to share it to the linked social media accounts. I also like the speed of the tech support especially if the situation is urgent.

Cons:

There have been times when the live stream has not been working and it has taken ages to fix which then goes on to impact my workflow.

Grabyo is a social and digital platform integration package for websites and OTT services that can be used in real time directly from a web browser. High-quality transmissions are the app's crowning achievement. The ability to produce and edit media on the cloud, for example, are two of its many fantastic advantages. It's incredibly simple to operate.

Cons:

When compared to similar products, it's pricing is a little steep. But Grabyo is the finest app for both consumers and businesses.
