Pros:

Very few. Somehow CineSend has convinced many independent film festivals to use its software, despite its exploitative model.

Cons:

Cinesend tries to confuse its users (primarily independent filmmakers) into signing up for a subscription which is unnecessary and useless to the DCP process. After a mistaken subscription is purchased, CineSend refuses to refund the expense. The DCP process is archaic; literally any other DCP software provides better value.
