The only things I would improve are: the download mechanics (just start the download immediately without needing to navigate to a new screen and don't send me emails about my download being ready), the index UI feels a bit clunky, and the search feature struggles to pick up the contents of documents where uploading the contents to a doc review software and searching does capture the contents of easily readable documents.

However, the USB-archives are overpriced if you need them within 3 days, despite the reliable service and robust features offered.
