Having a dedicated business line with tracking, voicemail, and call analytics has helped me stay organized and never miss important calls from customers.

The one thing I didn't like was that I entered a number that I wanted to use and when I typed it in, since that exact number was not available it abbreviated the number for me, but didn't notify me to either change the number or give me a heads up that the number was going to be altered a bit.

I've interacted with 4 employees so far, and would give each one of them 5 stars for their attitude, knowledge and helpfulness.

I realize that these are not their rules or guidelines, but it's a lot of work.
