CloudCall vs VoIP.ms: Which is best for you?

Cloudcall is great that it integrates with Bullhorn and inserts calls and text messages right into our client/candidate records.

Sometimes the token authentication breaks, I need to reconnect for quite a while.

However, their extensive documentation and responsive customer support make the process much easier. Once everything is set up, the service is reliable, cost-effective, and highly customizable, which makes it a great choice for businesses like mine.

The setup was very complicated and time consuming, but manageable for someone tech-savvy. Despite having Emergency Services disabled, they connected an accidental 911 call and charged me $75 for the call after the fact.
