About FreJun

Automate business calls with FreJun's cloud telephony platform. Team members can make and receive business calls using a unique virtual number. The calls made through the virtual numbers can be recorded and integrated with tools such as CRM and ATS. Detailed call analytics and AI insights are generated to improve team performance.

FreJun provides a contact center, CRM & ATS Integrations, a virtual number, toll-free numbers, and call and sticky routing. There are cloud telephony APIs for integration with other software products. For calling FreJun provides basic inbound and outbound calls, call analytics, call recordings, voice messages, SMS notifications and SMS nudges, and missed call notifications.
