Google Meet vs Zoom Rooms: Which is best for you?

The convenience of Google Meets being compatible across platforms, having real time captions and an AI tools to capture the information from a meeting.

The time limitation of 60 minutes on free the free tier was the most disgusting thing ever but I can’t complain since my organization upgraded to a paid version (Business Standard) which meets all my needs.

Zoom Rooms allows me to join, or create, team meetings through video calls and bring everyone together as we are spread across the state.

The transition to using Zoom was a challenge just because a lot of our employees weren't super tech-savvy so our IT support team did see an increase in ticket volumes with issues regarding the transition.
