Ricochet360 is a cloud-based, integrated call center, customer relationship management and marketing automation solution. Designed for small to large businesses, it comes with a progressive dialer for users to automate processes such as engaging with prospects via emails or texts, recording calls, optimizing contact rates and more.

Features of Ricochet360 include lead management, call analytics, skills-based calling queues, email messaging drip automation, gamification, scripting and more. The customer relationship management module allows marketers to automatically capture, track and distribute leads among sales representatives based on skills, availability, and pooling.

Additionally, it provides a cloud phone system for users to facilitate click-to-call conversions, call transfers, performance tracking, among other processes. Ricochet360 lets businesses run custom and targeted call campaigns per specific lead types, improving sales funnels. Pricing is available on monthly subscriptions and support is extended via phone, email and other online measures.

    Ricochet is a wonderful piece of software for telemarketing. It allows the user to have a CRM, dialer, marketing automation and a VOIP system all within one ecosystem.
    Cons:
    There is a learning curve associated with the software. However, like anything else the more time you spend using it, the easier it becomes.

    I really like how easy it is to get support when we're just starting to use the system. We've not had ANY tech issues, just process questions. Everyone has been so patient with our team. They not only answer our questions, but show us other tips that can help make our team efficient. Shout out to [sensitive content hidden]. Both were super helpful each time. Thanks so much guys!!
    Cons:
    The interoffice chat has a lot of features that I miss from other platforms. It's not easy to find group chats. We can't react to messages (likes, hearts, thumbs up, etc). There aren't GIFs (our agency likes to have fun). It would also be neat if we could video chat within the office or go to little breakout rooms within the team. We have that with another platform, but I really like how Ricochet's goal is to be an all in one solution.

    We wanted an auto-dialer and a system that gave our agents the ability to just dial and not organize the leads. The automatic follow up and auto-dialer was what helped us make the decision to switch.

    We no longer use this service. we were using it in a mortgage call center to manage leads and auto dial them as they came into our system. we ended up switching to five9 and incorporating with salesforce.

    Software was overall pretty simple to use, and did the job in terms of auto-dialer systems and updating with leads as they are uploaded in real time.
    Cons:
    Software interface seemed pretty dated and a little clunkly in appearance, it wasn't a very intuitive system sometimes and just felt like a 2nd tier phone system.

Also, they have terrifically useful and helpful subject matter experts that efficiently help me optimize the product for our needs and capabilities. In particular, Kristi, Halima and Vanessa standout for their knowledge and effectiveness.

    Truthfully not that much. They have the people in place to help me with any issue that pops up. My deficiencies are my own.

    I was struggling to get into a chat room to help with my mic issues and [sensitive content hidden] got on with her camera and mic on only after I turned mine on which showed she was being attentive to my comfort level. She had a great personality and was a breath of fresh air during tech issues and solved the issue quickly.
