It would be very useful to be able to have the mobile app on more than 1 device, but apart from this Ringover is by far the best telecoms provider we've used.

No noise cancelling and 3x the price of zoom.

Terrible experience with ringover from the start. You have to pay upfront for a year and we complained about the background noise from the start and they continued to tell us it was on our end until they finally admitted that they had a problem. We have already paid and they're not willing to do anything for us. I don't know how this company is still in business when Zoom phones are a third of the price. Definitely do not recommend!

Integration with bullhorn. Nothing else this software is broken and support is a pain to deal with. .
Cons:
Noise cancelling is non existent. You can hear every key you type loud and clear. Dealt with support on this for months trying to "fix" this issue but it's just their software. Such a waste of time. 3x more expensive than zoom phone.

The best thing about Ringover, above all else, is the call quality. I've used other systems, and the call quality has been atrocious. I haven't had any issues with Ringover. Secondly, it's easy to set up on desktop and mobile, so I can answer business calls anywhere. Lastly, it integrates with my CRM perfectly, enabling me to click-to-dial contacts on the platform without having to type the numbers out.
Cons:
I could not get a UK mobile from RingOver unless we hit a minimum threshold of users, which we currently do not have.

RingOver was easy to set-up with minimal fuss and integrated with our CRM, The pricing was also simple to understand

Dialpad support was very poor and also Dialpad did not offer the integrations we needed with our CRM

International calling package is a game changer for us as a travel business as we make calls all over the world.
Cons:
The initial set up was a little sketchy. I did a trial, but nobody ever followed up to see if I was happy with the trial. I then called to get set up and nobody called me back. Got there in the end!

It has been meh, I need a phone service and thats who we chose. Too difficult to switch to anything else now basically (Juice isn't worth the squeeze)

Cons:
The app is very laggy sometimes, i have to swipe down to reload my most recent calls, cannot hear people and have to hang up then call again, several annoying things that interrupt the flow

Transferred my VOIP service from Vonage to Ringover as Ringover integrates with my new CRM. Porting of my old number was quick and seamless and Ringover customer support were prompt and extremely helpful in setting up my desk SIP phone also. In addition, the Ringover App is super simple to use on my Samsung phone and I was up and running immediately. Highly recommended.
Cons:
Nothing so far and set-up process was very simple. May be some negatives further down the line but after a month or so of use, all is good.

It's a very smooth tool to use. I use it multiple times every day without any issues, and the quality of the call is always good. I use the app on my phone and never had a problem. Very easy to set up and install too.
Cons:
I was overcharged and was told I would have the money refunded into my bank account. Instead I was given a credit note without being told. This is now in the process of being rectified.
