  • Their customer service is the worst int he industry, unhelpful, disrespectful, ridiculous.
  • They responded by telling us they don’t offer any support or credits unless the issue is ongoing for 24 hours. If our phones go down we don’t make money, we don’t have time to call/email support 2-3 times per week. If you need reliable phone service then avoid talkroute at all costs.
