A good application and an alternative for others on the market. Its user interface is easy to navigate, even for first time users.

Still able to attend my training and lectures remotely and not have to worry about getting left behind. The share screen feature is also good as both students and trainers can share information.

Cons:

No cons as such except for those who do not have a reliable internet connection, need to make sure they have it in place before use.

Webex Safety Network

My overall experience with WebEx is actually positive. Within my office, we use it to ensure our safety and privacy. We do this because we have had moments of uncertainty. This software helps us to ensure one another is safe especially when within a room.

What I enjoy most about WebEx is the ability to communicate with those within my office to ensure the safety of the provider, if needed. I, also, enjoy that we can have our meetings without having to travel especially in Winter time when the roads can be bad. Webex is a good communication software in many ways not just within the office but, also, to those further out.

Cons:

What I least like about WebEx is when you have an invite code for a training session but it tells me that it is not an active code when I had just received that code. I was late for my new employee training as a result of this issue, however, I used a different computer within my supervisor office with the same code and got right in.

The best software to launch online meetings

The best software for online meetings. It is very ease to share online trainings, meetings and even classes for many people at the same time. The functions tools offered are also quite useful to deal to the success of the meetings. As in the company we have different locations, it is so useful and important to use the webex.

Pros:

I like that you can record videos and pause them to take screenshots, and the screenshots are clear. The other great feature is that you can call in on your cellphone if necessary. When you have listened partially to the recording and close it, it saves the time of when you last listened to the recording.

Cons:

It does not transcribe the audio, and at times, listening to the recording does not help; you will have to listen several times to capture the information you need. Having multiple users on the call and with video causes disruptions to the recording and meeting. I have experienced the audio cutting out, screen freezing, or the screen not showing anything during a meeting, which interrupts our execution and prevents us from getting to our deliverables. The feature to share the file is through an MP, and it is not very easy to know how to save and share the meeting.

Reasons for switching to Webex Suite

The WebEx caused our meetings too many disruptions and inabilities for functionality, and it took more time to meet our deadline and goals.

What I like the most about this software is the simplicity to connect with employees and workers across different platforms throughout our hospital. with meetings and messages at a click away, this service is perfect for any business to used for resources to connect.

Cons:

I dislike nothing about this service. I personally see it as a better alternative than other services like zoom and Microsoft teams to used for collaborative work throughout the staff of any business.

WebEx Suite: What's Not to Like! You Should Give it a Try!

So far, I like Webex when I want to collaborate with other team members and share my workspace. Overall, I have Webex installed on my MacBook Pro. It is one of my goto virtual streaming platforms and I like it because I don't often have an connectivity issues.

Pros:

Webex is a video stream platform whereas I can hold virtual meetings. I like that it is we browser based and you can log into the application anywhere. It almost reminds me of Zoom but its 10x better. It has lots of options and tools you can use. I like the high-quality audio/video feature. You can collaborate with your team members and create virtual whiteboards, and you can split into breakout rooms.

Cons:

What I like least about the Webex platform is that if you are not use to all the options and features in the portal. It can seem overwhelming at first, but like any new application there is always a learning curve.

Reasons for switching to Webex Suite

I made the switch from Goto Meeting because the cost and features are better in Webex.
