Pros:

The interface is easy to use, MSSP is built in, customer service is great, the team knows what they are doing and are experts in the field.

Cons:

I don’t have any complaints about the solution or service.

Reasons for switching to Quadrant XDR

The product did not work as intended. It was to costly for the value. They had multiple defects that didn’t get fixed. Had to engage Binary Defense as a MsSP and they couldn’t catch mimikatz

Pros:

Quadrant provides deep visibility into our network and systems allowing us to respond to malicious or anomalous activity quickly to ensure a secure and stable environment.

Cons:

I still haven't nailed down the syntax and capabilities for searching through logs for pertinent data. This is not a big deal, however, as the Incident Response assistance that Quadrant offers allows me to work directly with their team when I need to understand what happened during any incident.

Pros:

Over the years, Alerts from the quadrant SOC has saved us from critical issues. For instance, there was a critical Ransomware alert for which they called us on and we were able to remove the suspected device from the network and prevent the ransomware from propagating through the network.

Cons:

Honestly, can not think about anything that I don't like.

Great product, great organization!

I have been using Quadrant's services for over 15 years. Having them as an outsourced part of our team that specializes in the ever changing threat landscape has allowed me to sleep well at night knowing we are protected.
