Best purchase I have made this year!

I have been using SiteGuru for over 4 months now having found it by chance on AppSumo. When I first began using it, my site SEO was less than 50%, I worked on it solidly every day for 6 weeks and increased my site SEO to 98%. It was extremely easy to set up, use and understand. I love that I have a checklist to follow through to make the recommended changes. I especially like the AI integration which makes things even easier. I have recommended SiteGuru to my community many times and others love it as much as I do.

Pros:

What I love most about SiteGuru is that it makes SEO feel like a manageable learning curve rather than an overwhelming task. It gives me the security of knowing my site is always being checked for issues, while offering real value for money compared to other tools. I can seamlessly combine keyword research with content creation, and its features for project management and client management make it easy to stay organised. Plus, the monitoring tools mean I’m always on top of performance without having to dig through endless reports.

Cons:

Having a very large website, it makes it difficult for me to afford the extra pages. That said, customer service were very helpful in providing me with extra pages when I was on the trial period to give me a head start.

SiteGuru is a powerful and user-friendly SEO tool. Its intuitive interface and clear structure make it perfect for beginners and professionals alike. It is easy to use even without in-depth SEO knowledge. The automatically generated technical and content-related SEO reports are particularly good. They provide actionable insights and help to improve website performance in a targeted manner. The tool combines many functions on one platform. Integration with Google Analytics and the Google Search Console enables comprehensive analysis. Functions such as keyword tracking, content evaluations, technical audits and soon backlink monitoring as well as webhooks provide valuable insights. The prioritized recommendations for direct implementation are helpful. You get something like an “SEO to-do list” and can work through it step by step. Regular updates bring new functions. For small agencies and (private) website operators, SiteGuru offers an efficient way to manage SEO measures without complicated setups. The independence from plugins such as Yoast or RankMath is advantageous, as the analysis is carried out externally and without restrictions using predefined settings. Regular email notifications keep you informed about the website status without having to log in every day. Overall, SiteGuru is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a powerful but straightforward SEO solution.

Cons:

I am very satisfied and have not yet discovered any problems.

Pros:

Among all SEO-related tools I’ve tried, this is one of the most intuitive. It has a clean, straightforward UI and it’s very easy to use. It gives accurate reports and I love how the feedback it gives is actionable and will give you immediate returns in terms of optimization and performance.

Cons:

It still has some bugs, albeit very minor ones. Customer support has always been amazing in my experience, so this is not really an issue.

Easy to onboard SEO solution

It was very positive and I use it on a weekly basis. SEO solutions are a must for any sites that want to get trackings on Google Search and SiteGuru is a good way to get into the game.

Pros:

It was really easy to onboard. I've used numerous other SEO solutions they were pretty complicated to use. I got actionable data from SiteGuru right away, and was able to increase my Google search volume significantly over the next couple of months. But don't take my words for it, their free trial is very generous.

Cons:

They currently only draw information from Google Analytics. I would love to see support for other solution like Plausible.

Pros:

I am using SiteGuru for more than a year now and for multiple projects and I really love it. It has everything I need in a simple way. I can track and optimize the websites and it's ranking. There are even tips for improving your SEO with links to each page that's it about etc. The integration of Google Analytics and Google Search Console is also great! Eveything in one place. The customer service is also awesome! I contacted because I was missing a feature and it was added! I'm so happy about that. Also if I have other questions, I was helped very fast and good. I recommend this to everyone, SEO specialist but also website owners!

Cons:

I did not find anything yet because I get help when I am stuck and they even added a feature that I missed. So only positive here.

Reasons for switching to SiteGuru

I found that Screpy was missing a lot of things I needed and the data was really off a lot of the times. It was a lot of search work within the dashboard and I didn't get all the info I needed.

Cons:

Some actions are a bit clunky - if there is a noindex tag on a page it's still listed as "not indexed" and an error.

Pros:

Everything? I've tried *all* the software out there and it's either too simple, too complex, or just plain old BAD. SiteGuru is beautifully deigned, well maintained, and the features are simple to understand. But the data is useful, and digs deep without becoming confusing. It's a great cost to results ratio, and I use it in my "day job" to save time and effort, and plan on onboarding some freelance clients to it too — where the level of insight will be hugely beneficial to both my smaller and larger clients. It's a useful tool as a freelancer, employee, or as an agency. And the support is great.

Cons:

Google Analytics. As Plausible (for example) connects to Search Console I'd LOVE to be able to ditch GA and use Plausible for all my clients. The new breed if analytics software are to stats what SiteGuru is to SEO — simpler, friendlier, easier to manage.

Reasons for switching to SiteGuru

Expensive, and was too rigid. I didn't feel like I was in control of the overview — more that I had to follow the stages at all times which made it hard to dip in and out of when needed. Reports were too rigid.

They do a great job of pulling in Google Analytics and Google Search Console and connecting them to the site scan. They give you AI suggestions for Meta and Titles when needed and their additional features are so nicely built into the system. They give you actionable items that work wonderfully for getting things done from a step-by-step process. They give you so many details on what to do, and their product is amazing for an SEO evaluation. They also break down the importance of items to help with your action order.

Cons:

My experience over this past year or so with them has been amazing and I cannot think of any cons.

This tool is very comprehensive, yet incredibly well designed and easy to use. Simply follow the recommendations to improve your website SEO and start seeing more organic traffic. I run an audit every week and work on the tasks it recommends. Super easy! Also very resonably priced.

Cons:

Sometimes it does not grab every page during the crawl and the load time can be slower on certain in depth tools, but overall not a biggie.
