Pros:

The differents options and collaboration tools let you work properly with your team, i really enjoy the differents functionalities that you have to create and add, this software have a great environment and the teamwork it's really good in it.

Cons:

It's difficult to understand at the beginning, the teamwork can become difficult if you don't understand at all this software, at the same time if you don't have a team, it's difficult to understand just you, I think some tutorials can make a difference.
