Designed for mid-market companies, SYSPRO supports the management and automation needs of businesses performing many different types of manufacturing and distribution. It requires no more than one installation, greatly simplifying the process leading up to full implementation and adoption.

Though it’s not limited exclusively to manufacturing, manufacturing remains one of SYSPRO’s core markets. Customization capabilities allow the system to adjust to fit the specific needs of many different markets in manufacturing. Examples include integration with computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM) systems, in addition to a module designed entirely for management of engineering-related changes.

SYSPRO systems are available on both best-of-breed and integrated-suite bases. However, most SYSPRO users will recognizes the benefits of managing all business processes (e.g. accounting, production, sales, CRM, etc.) in one fully integrated SYSPRO product.

Leveraging Microsoft’s SQL Server, and running on a variety of Windows operating systems, SYSPRO allows a high degree of technological consistency. It’s also compatible with Linux. Deployment is carried out on premise, but the system includes some web-enabled functionality to extend access to remote users.

Notable capabilities of the system include projects and contract management, supplier queries, inventory families and groupings, and customer queries.
