I made the switch because Wave accounting removed some features for persons outside of the US and Canada.

Greedy thieves

Bookipi is nothing but bunch of… Bookipi is nothing but bunch of thieves. They are trying to charge me for their app I have been using for free for years and then stating from their chat ot that it is going to start in September. Then when I tell them so why do I have to pay now and not on September they don't answer. I will expose you to the entire world for being thieves . You should value your customers and treat them right. Don't bring up surprise bills to your clients . At least have the decency to send an email stating the new changes not when you open the app. Very disappointed. I'd rather use an app that charges me to begin with . Shame on you Bookipi

Nothing . But thieves who cant be honest when contacted they get all fustrated and end conversation

Surprise payments when no one sent an email. When contacted and called out they get upset and end the chat

Cons:

The only thing I'm still trying to get is linking expenses to an invoice so that I can see profits properly. And it would be nice if we could link banks from South Africa.

Pros:

The customization of the variables. The ability to make it fit your needs using what you only and removing what you don't. Turning off parts that don't apply, Renaming choices to fit. Support is always helpful usually answering within a day if not the same day.

Cons:

The only thing I've found is I somehow made two accounts one on my phone's and the other on my laptop with different login. There is no way to merge them.

Pros:

I love the feature that gives the customer the right to sign on the same involved. The User Experience and the fact that you can add photos inside your invoice. Highly recommend it for a fast and easy invoice.

Cons:

They are okay for invoices and all. However, their client payment option needs improvement. I've been waiting for a $50 payment for like 2 months.

Bookipi invoice is great for your business

Overall I'm happy with bookipi as it is time saving and effecient. I'd highly recommend it. It's saved me a lot of time and I'm able to send off and edit invoices on demand

Quick and Easy Invoicing

Bookipi allows me to quickly send invoices online for my customers. It saves me time. It also helps to keep me organized, since I can (at a glance) keep track of which invoices are paid and those that are outstanding.

Pros:

I liked Bookipi’s ease of use. Creating invoices is easy because basic customer information and the information for my service(s) is stored on the app, therefore, I have minimal work in inputting data for the invoice. It is a time saver.

Cons:

The initial figuring out of how to use certain features on the app was what I liked least about the app, but this was mitigated by the support provided through the tutorial videos.
