Pros:

It's Free and the customer support from the developer late at night trying to fix issues with the app in early development days was amazing. Havnt had any problems at all now for years

Cons:

I tried using the online credit card payments but it took about 10 days to get paid for each invoice which is too long. It should be the next day. Making money in interest by holding my money so I deleted the function and get paid directly into my account next day via bank transfer

The ease of use - makes something fairly complex a lot more simple to do

Cons:

Only issue is the email section - as all invoices and quotes are all emailed from the app and that correspondence is not automatically sent to the users email ( unless specified ) which means if you forget to bcc yourself into the quote/ invoice - you have no way of going back to check

Cons:

If I switch to using another app eg calculator or maps without saving the invoice the app will often restart and I will have to start over

It was fast to set up, like the layout of invoicing. I like the notice after every invoice i make.

Cons:

It takes too long to get your money. Even with repetitive customers. Don’t like customers service. It takes too long to resolve an issue. Cause I’m not always on my computer. To ask and get response via text or email.

Great invoicing app

Bookipi has allowed me to quickly invoice which also helps with quicker payments. I can invoice from anywhere and customization for clients is quick and simple.

Pros:

Bookipi allows me to easily invoice customers as well as customize the invoices quickly. I'm able to track my current invoices as well as my invoicing and payment history. I love the ability to add pictures to the invoices as it helps my business in showing issues, before/after photos, and more.

Cons:

I would like to see more invoice layout options and company information options for the invoices. Sometimes when dealing with multiple people in a company it is easier to show work done under one person then work done under another person while still being able to keep the customized line items no matter who performed them.

Pros:

It's a great tool to keep record of your clients, service history, accounting and on-line invoicing. Very intuitive and easy to use as an app in your phone.

Cons:

What I don't like is that very frequently get freeze. So I have to SAVE and start again.

It's easy and free if you don't use it to collect payments.
