Pros:

Budgetly is very user-friendly system. Also, it connects to XERO which save a lot of time in credit card coding and reconciling.

Cons:

It is a bit more expensive to traditional credit card.

A great addition to the tool kit

It's a good platform, filling the niche between cash and credit card very effectively. The capacity to effectively branch out into payment processing is something we'll be pursuing.

Pros:

It's a great tool for managing budgets dynamically. It helps stream cost allocations to the right place, without the front end user needing to know too much, and allows for multiple users on the back end.

Cons:

The balance of security vs ease of use for the password re-set process for users on the app leans too much toward security (limiting the capacity of the admin user to administrate effectively). It would be great if a payment could be split to multiple allocations / categories, rather than just the 1.

Pros:

The platform is user friendly and effective if you need to manage budget for large teams spread across different locations. It gives you organisation visibility of how and where funds are being spent and easily permits administrators to release or limit funds per user and card. Automated GST extraction on the premium plan is great. Budgetly is continuously improving and seeking feedback from users, which is great.

Cons:

Some merchants who require credit cards may reject Budgetly cards, so depending on where you need to spend, payment might need to be processed via other methods.

Dependable and Cost Effective

Budgetly has been very reliable and easy to use. It doesn't require a lot of learning. The app is also easy for staff to use. Good syncing function with Xero.

Budgetly is very easy to use and have many filtering function. It can also sync with Xero which is a big plus.

Cons:

No approval options so it's difficult to control budgets and big item spendings. Low balance notification also needs different threshold to trigger desired low balance.

No more card sharing thanks to Budgetly

the experience has been great. We've only needed to call a couple of times for help. The software is easy to use and the Budgetly team always answer the phone if we do need to call.

The fact that it's an all in one solution and it's easy to use. We no longer have to share cards between staff.

Cons:

Statements could be released earlier in the month. Sometimes it takes a while to get a record of settled transactions even though they all have settled already.

Super quick and easy

I love that Budgetly is so easy to use. I can snap a photo of my receipt and upload it to the App while I'm still in the store! It makes managing our spending so much easier and two-factor authentication means that it's super secure.

Cons:

It took a while to get the hang of using Budgetly, but once you know what you're doing, it's super simple.

No fuss without having to deal with a bank

Reconciliation is so easy. A lot easier for staff to quickly categorise transactions and do receipts helps us hold them accountable.

Ease of getting everything up and running and the app are brilliant. Much better than dealing with a bank.

I had a transaction decline so tried again straight away, but didn't realise there weren't enough money in the budget I was spending from.

Controlled spending

Whenever I call with an issue someone is always there to help. Staff save a lot of time and no longer have to wait for reimbursements.

Budgetly is user friendly and easy for staff to use. None of our staff has any issues using the platform

Cons:

Would be good if it integrated with HubSpot. Also the initial verification of our business took longer than expected but it’s been smooth sailing since.
