Pros:

The ease of use and how much time its saved my department in end of month reconciliations. The AI features are really helping to automate tasks.

Cons:

There is noting I do not like about Budgetly at all. It has saved me so much time and resources. I love everything about it.

Loving no more overspending

positive. Training is all free. Phone support is all free but it's easy to use and figure out. I can bulk action literally anything in the new transaction interface. Literally saves me hours on a Friday afternoon.

Pros:

I don't have to chase receipts anymore. I can issue cards in about 10 seconds. I can foward 20 bills from my email and it auto extracts and pays them. My contractors can only spend money when i say they should be able to. The benefits are endless.

Cons:

I want more AI and they're building more and more by the day. Their bookkeeper agent sounds like a huge step into the future.

Weel was expensive and the buying process seemed to be more difficult than it should have been. Airwallex never even got back to me.

The App and the live receipt Capture, the website is really good

Cons:

The Security - Had unauthorized and the recovery and dispute is lengthly.

No more card sharing thanks to Budgetly

the experience has been great. We've only needed to call a couple of times for help. The software is easy to use and the Budgetly team always answer the phone if we do need to call.

The fact that it's an all in one solution and it's easy to use. We no longer have to share cards between staff.

Cons:

Statements could be released earlier in the month. Sometimes it takes a while to get a record of settled transactions even though they all have settled already.

Great employee card management platform

To date i have had a great experience with Budgetly, the product and platform works well and the team has been supportive on fixing any issues with future upgrades and development.

The product has made it far easier and more scalable to manage personnel expenses, especially with temporary cards, limit changes and a combined pool to manage between the team allowing swift access when needed opposed to waiting for bank transfers.

Cons:

I would like the app to have more of the administrator features of the web portal, allowing for greater flexibility with requests on the go.

Budgetly. We'd still be chasing receipts without it

Support has been 10/10. You can tell they put a lot of emphasis on it as they proactively call you before issues become issues. We also have more security now with our spend.

It's saved us a lot of time. Money is now being spent where and when it is meant to be spent. It's all tracked automatically for us now.

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind. It's working well for us so far. The info was easy to find before making a decision to go with budgetly

We can finally see spending in real time, and that’s been a game-changer

With individual cards and a mobile app that captures receipts on the spot, the accounts team now gets full visibility into every transaction. Budgetly has reduced our previous multi step process into this one clean workflow.

Tracking and visibility was a huge priority and Budgetly gave us exactly what we needed. Time savings are huge, receipt collection is no longer a weekly stress

Cons:

Not much. The support has been really helpful so we don't really have to figure it out on our own. It would be even more useful if we had more BAS automation.

Pros:

its solved the problems we had and now everything is done in business hours instead of late night accounting. We're still shuffling money but its all done through Budgetly and its simple. Not chasing receipts has been the best addition to the business

being able to split transactions and an admin-friendly version of the app would be great

Time saver

excellent. Cannot rate the support highly enough. 11/10. They literally call you before you have to call them and if you have an issue, that saves so much time becase I can get it solved right then and there without emailing back and forth.

Love how much time it saves. The new bill payments function is amazing. Saves me so much time processing invoices.

Cons:

Line of credit would be good but I knew that coming into the agreement. More of a feature request.
