Window control is just awful - you are doing some work in an area in the register, and you keep getting shifted to some other area so you have to scroll constantly.

The software can be a little intimidating to learn, and I'm still discovering new features after 2 years, but the customer service is excellent - I really couldn't ask for anything more of them. And there are many options for troubleshooting, from articles and videos to talking to a real live person to scheduling a Zoom training session.

This is frustrating, I can't submit this and no reason is given on why this box is red.
