No cons from me, and I appreciate how it continues to evolve to meet changing needs.

Reasons for switching to Elorus

Over the years it focused more on larger businesses, became less flexible, and became a LOT more expensive; no longer cost-effective or valuable for me.

Pros:

The simplicity in use, very user-friendly UX/UI, many payment gateways for your local or international clients (Viva Payments, Stripe, PayPal, Worldline, etc), direct link with MyData, client management, expense management, offers and project management, great customer support at an affordable price, starting with a free subscription and updating, at an affordable price. Bug-free, with no security issues, a clear value for money.

Cons:

The procedure connecting with IMPACT EINVOICING for issuing retail receipts. From Elorus's side, things were straightforward and smooth, from IMPACT's side, the communication was sort of problematic.

There is immediate service, they suggest solutions if it's not a product, they even answer accounting questions sometimes when possible.

Cons:

I like everything I have use even for wholesale and retail. For the free and paid subscription that I have use.

Pros:

UX, ease of navigation. Intuitive and seamless change of profiles between organizations under my control.

Cons:

There is ambiguity between taxed and not taxed sums whilst invoicing. Sometimes I get to send wrong quotations because of this. I am a user for a good 5 five years now and I am still uncertain about this.... Also, it sometimes feels unsafe when the person who talks to me from support, just enters my workspace to assist me with my issue. Come guys, what do we have teamviewer for? You can't just burst into my workspace in order to assist me, I need to give you clerance for that. Think about it, you might engage with even larger clients if you solve this.

Easy to use, great project management and great expenses system for SMEs.

It took me quite a while to find Elorus. When I found it, it ticked all the boxes. I nearly cried! Through using it and exploring slowly each function I found it works well and it is easy to use -- all what a 1-10 staff firm needs.

Pros:

Recommended totally! I only have good words of Elorus. Easy to set up, use, and modify. Holds multiple currencies to the date of exchange. It does help my accounting and project management tracking. It does not offer complex bank integrations, which have often caused me problems in the past. It was easy to learn and teach to my colleagues. European-centric, no need to deal with millions of American-based information or unnecessary features, no need to have a PhD in physics to make it work. I am so happy with Elorus five months on. Cost/value/quality, spot on.

Cons:

1) The expenses could be partially completed once I upload a PDF invoice. 2) Use the same dashboard/landing to manage different companies. So I do not have to log out and log in. 3) I never needed it, but if I do, I would appreciate having chat or telephone support available.

Better by far, hit the ground running. I tried others too but did not work for me.

They keep getting functions off. Every month became more useless. I went through Odoo, Monday and intuit before I arrived to Elorus.

I think is a very Flexible platform and you can easy make the settings for your personal choice Very easy.

Cons:

You can't connect easy the products with the invoices and the distributors I think is something they need to upgrade

Pros:

Simplicity and intuitive dashboard. Didn't need training, just couple of hours. I value frictionless apps and Elorus does that well.

Cons:

Not all components are flexible but that depends on how the invoicing system works with Greek authorities. Would also like more intuitive/customizable dashboards.

Pros:

Elorus is extremely easy and fast to use. I can select my client, add the service, generate the invoice instantly and send it as a PDF in seconds. It has truly simplified my daily workflow.

Cons:

I am very satisfied overall and I haven’t experienced any serious issues so far. The system works smoothly and reliably for my daily business needs.
