Just the analysis of my logo on my invoice, I couldn’t make it bigger, but probably I didn’t find the way to do it

The platform handles our billing needs efficiently, and the MyDATA integration eliminates the headache of manual AADE submissions. While it's not perfect and lacks some advanced features found in enterprise solutions, it strikes a good balance between functionality and simplicity. For Greek businesses that need reliable invoicing with full tax compliance, it's a dependable choice that gets the job done without unnecessary complexity. The occasional minor bugs are manageable and don't disrupt daily operations.

Pros:

Elorus helps me to organize my client accounts, business expenses, and incoming payments. The tracking feature is awesome too. I can create repeat expenses or invoices to be tracked for reporting purposes. This system is extremely helpful.

Cons:

I do not particularly like that when I have a problem and need immediate assistance, that there is no number I can call to speak with someone. The use of AI to answer questions is a little annoying and not as helpful when I need more detailed assistance.

UX, ease of navigation. Intuitive and seamless change of profiles between organizations under my control.

Cons:

There is ambiguity between taxed and not taxed sums whilst invoicing. Sometimes I get to send wrong quotations because of this. I am a user for a good 5 five years now and I am still uncertain about this.... Also, it sometimes feels unsafe when the person who talks to me from support, just enters my workspace to assist me with my issue. Come guys, what do we have teamviewer for? You can't just burst into my workspace in order to assist me, I need to give you clerance for that. Think about it, you might engage with even larger clients if you solve this.

Pros:

Elorus brings together everything a project-driven team needs in one intuitive platform. Invoicing, time tracking, expense management, and project oversight all work seamlessly together. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, while the automation around invoicing and time tracking saves a significant amount of time. It feels thoughtfully designed for real business workflows rather than isolated features stitched together.

Cons:

There are very few downsides. Some features like time tracking, are still less advanced as stand alone solutions, but does the work. This is a minor point and does not affect daily usability or value.
