- The tracking mode isn't 100% accurate and it does not send you automatically a copy of your invoice or estimate to your email and can be tricky to go back and find it and they only save it for a certain period of time
- It is simple enough with a little help from tech support I am able to keep track of my accounting and hand it over to my accountant at years end to close out my books.
- The inability to reset or make edits to journal entries makes this software unusable. If you make a mistake then the mistake is set and you have no way to make any edits so your financial statements will be incorrect moving forward.
